If iPhone 4 Power Button Stuck! Then What To Do?
The stuck “power” button is one of the biggest problems in iPhones. You keep pressing it and keep waiting when it will let you click it. The whole process is very annoying. You can’t even turn off your iphone without it, take screenshots, lock your iPhone or put it to sleep.
The simple solution to this problem is assistive touch. By enabling assistive touch option in iPhone, you can easily navigate without using the power button.
These simple steps to switch off the device without touching the power button could come in really handy.
- OpenSettings.
- Go toGeneral > Accessibility.
- Scroll down to the section labeledINTERACTION and tap on Assistive Touch.
- On the next screen, toggleAssistive Touch to the green On position.
- A white circle with a grey box will appear on screen. Tap this circle to expand it to a big box on screen.
- TapDevice.
- Tap and holdLock Screen until the red-and-white power icon appears on screen with the text slide to power off next to it.
- Slide the power icon to the right to switch off the iPhone or iPad.
- Taking Screen Shots
- Tap on Assistive Touch, then tap on “Device” and tap on “More”
- Choose “Screenshot” to snap the screen as usual
- Lock the iOS Screen
- Tap on the Assistive Touch dot,
- Then tap “Device” and tap “Lock Screen”
